Tools/Products: pH-neutral shampoo, foam cannon/bucket & mitts, wheel cleaner, tyre & wheel brushes, bug/tar remover, drying towels/air blower, exterior glass cleaner, tyre shine, soft microfiber.

Checklist

Greet customer, walk-around, note pre-existing damage (photos).
Move vehicle to shade if possible; ensure panels are cool.
Pre-rinse body to remove loose dirt.
Wheels/Tyres first:
- Spray wheel cleaner (incl. barrels), agitate with brushes.
- Scrub tyres.
- Rinse thoroughly.

Bug/Tar

Pre-treat fronts, mirrors, lower panels with bug/tar remover; dwell per label; gently wipe; rinse.

Foam/Contact Wash:

Foam vehicle (or 2-bucket wash).
Hand wash top→bottom, clean mitt for upper, separate mitt for lower panels.
Rinse thoroughly.
